Byjus - Fake commitment Given

Dear Team



I am writing this mail to highlight WHAT I am going through for showing interest in BYJUS.



I have scheduled one Session on Last Sunday i.e. *th June’**** for my Kid, Mr. Kishan (**********) Visited my place from Janakpuri and explained the program (for three year including physical classes, online classes and recorded lectures), I very much like the program but I want it for * years, but he said this program is for three years and I have to renew it after three years. For * years the amount he quoted me was out of my pocket (the prices which he had quoted me is the same price for which my friend had taken this program for his daughter )due to pricing I have told him that I will get back to him by tomorrow. He tried to convince me but I am not in a position to join at that price.



Next day I got the call from Mr. Kishan, I clearly told him that I need some more time. Moreover, I don’t want to spend that much of amount.





NOW THE MAIN Harrasment STARTED



On the next day I got a call from Feedback dept. Mr. Haseeb (**********) called and taken the details of meeting and reason for not joining, I clearly told him everything is good but not the pricing. He then told me that he will arrange a call from his senior for discussion, after few minutes I got a call from Mr. Deepam (**********), he asked me about the meeting and my doubts. I told him everything including pricing, so after listening to me he offered me the same program (Which kishan told me for * years) for * years at a price of ******/- (* subjects i.r. Maths, Science, English and SST) which I told him that its very high, then he told me that he will further give **% discount on that and net amount would be ******/- . I also asked him why this thing is not available with Mr. Kishan, then he said that he is in byjus from past * years and this type of offer is available only with Seniors (including **% discount). I like that offer and told him that give me some time, Let me discuss with my family and get back to him. In the meanwhile I have enquired some more details which he had cleared on whatsapp.. In the evening I called Mr. Kishan and asked him if one Employee of Byjus can give that program for that price, why you wouldn’t. My point is that he has spent his time on me, so I want to enrol with him instead of the person over the call as for me Mr. Kishan is the First face of Byjus for me. He told me this is not possible still he said he will check and get back to me. After sometime I again got the call from Mr. Kishan and he told me that the person who offered me that course (for * years with all inclusions ) is committed wrong and he might be not the employee of Byjus. I also came in doubt . Late evening I got a call from Centre Head of Janakpuri Mr. Abhilash (**********) and he explained me that the person committed everything wrong and asked me for his details. I told him that let me check with him first and then I will share the details with him. Then I called that person and asked his ID card, he sent me id card on whatsapp. Then for double sure I asked him to mail me all the details which he told me over the call. He said he will mail me tomorrow.



Next day he was not picking up the call, so I called Mr. Haseeb, he said Mr. Deepam is even not picking their call also so he handover the call to Mr. Junaid (as per Mr. Haseeb he is the senior of Mr. Haseeb and Mr. Deepam ), he told me that the details which Rupam had provided are correct and he will check with Mr. Deepam and get back to me. Again I called Mr. Deepam *-* times and he picked the call and told me that last night he met with and accident so not picking up the call. I told him to mail me whenever he get time.

Today I got the mail (in the trail) in which he clearly mentioned about the program.



In last *-* days I have received approx. **-** calls from Byjus different nos. (other than the nos. of Mr. Kishan & Mr. Deepam)….WHY??? if I have given no. to one team, HOW MY NO. HAD REACHED *-* TEAMS??? Pathetic.



Today couple of hours back I got a call from Mr. Satya Prakash ((**********) (as per him he is Senior of Mr. Deepam) and he assured me that Mr. Deepam Had given all the details correctly including discount of **% which will be given at the time of enrolling the program at Home (visit of counsellor). After sometime I again got the call from Mr. Satya Prakash stating that he checked the mail which was sent by Mr. Deepam to me, he then clarifies that Mr. Deepam had mistakenly mentioned * years program which is only for * years and cost is ******/- not ******/-. I asked him that as a senior Mr. Deepam had given me the offer and you also authenticate few minutes back and now you are saying that its wrong. Then he said, till that time he had not seen that mail and just seen the mail and called me.



NOW MY POINT IS :-





*. WHY MY NO. HAS BEEN CIRCULATED TO DIFFERENT BRANCHES OF BYJUS??? – NEED CLARIFICATION

*. What Mr. Deepam has mentioned officially, that should be taken as authentic and given to me with a discount of **% i.e. for * years program @ *****/- including Physical classes (Saturday, Sunday), online classes (Alternate days), and pre-recorded videos and Samsung TABLET without any hidden cost.

*. I have enquired about Cancellation policy after ** days, then Mr. Deepam told me that I can cancel any time after ** days by dropping mail to support team. But the fact is I cannot cancel otherwise it will hamper my CIBIL score badly.??????? WHY ???

*. Why Mr. Satyaprakash has first authenticate the offer given by Mr. Deepam without checking the facts.

*. What if i haven't enquired the facts of the program from various sources???? I would have paid the amount and stuck in your WEB????



I am attaching whatsapp chat with Mr. Deepam along with this mail.



Need urgent action on this and need final call from Senior Authority with confirmation of Program which has been communicated by Mr. Deepam at the price mentioned above.



I HAVE WRITTEN THIS MAIL IN BRIEF(ONLY **% of what I have faced), IF YOU WANT TO KNOW WHAT I AM GOING THROUGH IN PAST *-* DAYS, JUST CALL ME ONCE..WILL EXPLAIN EACH AND EVERYTHING THOROUGHLY.
