Goibibo India Private Limited - Fake booking done

I booked bus ticket for my family member from Jaisalmer to Mumbai on ** April **** time **:** PNR no *********-******. The ticket was confirmed and the passenger was sick. She has a doctor appointment on Monday morning. When she went jo Jaisalmer boarding point she got to know there is no bus at this ** degrees temperature. She was on the road. She is sick and the bus operators told her that they informed Goibibo to don't take bookings. At the same time I called to Goibibo they said they can't do anything. I have all call records and screenshot. I was literally crying and I was saying to them please send her anyhow. She has to reach by morning anyhow for a doctor appointment. If something will happen to her who will take responsibility. They were repeating we can't do anything this is the behaviour of this company employees this booking is still live it's * pm. I got message also from Goibibo in the morning that please visit ** min before departure and once she reached that all happened what I shared. I booked a cab immediately because she is not well that cost me ***** and I am not going to bear that cost. I need this money please help.
