Ajio - fake attempt

my return pickup was scheduled but the delivery executive never showed up at my doorstep

but he claimed to the company that he has "Attempted twice and no one responded" but thats not true he never came at all

and this has not happened for the first time, in earlier order too this fake attempt was made but then somehow the customer care called and asked if actually pickup agent came then an issue was raised but this time nothing like this happened

and also earlier i called the delivery agent *-* times then he came i was able to call me because once he called me thats how i got his number but this time i don't have any contact details

what i want :

*. real pickup attempt because it shows this is final attempt
