I am writing to you to urgently escalate a very concerning issue that I have faced with your company. Recently, I purchased a product/service from your company, and at the time of purchase, I was promised a certain discount which I did not receive. Despite reaching out to your customer support team several times, the discount has still not been applied to my account.
Moreover, during my interactions with your customer support team, I have experienced abusive and unprofessional behavior from one of your representatives. This behavior was completely unacceptable and left me feeling disrespected and humiliated.
As a customer, I am extremely disappointed by the lack of professionalism and the way I have been treated. This is not the kind of service that I expected from your company, and I believe that this kind of behavior is unacceptable.
I request that you take immediate action to resolve this issue by providing the discount that was promised to me and ensuring that such abusive behavior from your representatives does not occur again. I also request that you investigate the incident and take appropriate action against the representative who treated me in such an unprofessional manner.
I hope that you will take this matter seriously and take prompt action to address my concerns. I look forward to hearing from you about what steps you will take to resolve this issue.
