Upgrad Com - Failure of Placement in Job Guarantee Program

Hi.. I am student of Upgrad.. I got shortlisted and got offer letter from Upgrad on sept **th **** for the program IMT JLMT(Job linked management trainee).. Total course duration is ** months. I completed the course on August **st ****..At the time of admission , they clearly told that I will be getting ***% placement after ** months of joining the course if not internship will be provided.. But it did not happened. Now I raised the Grievence regarding this issue in Upgrad portal .. They raise the ticket and told that refund not possible , we just said ***% placement assistance . I sent the screen shot of the course brochure which is clearly mentioned job guarantee money back program.. Then they told that I did not applied for jobs .. But I have applied all jobs and I sent the screen shots of it too.. Then they are telling that please consult placement officer and refund not possible.. I am worrying a lot about this because this is a very huge amount which I can't bear.. I spent *.* lakhs for just recording sessions purpose and weekly * to *hrs live classes purpose.... I request the concern team to resolve my issue...
