Peppefry - extremely poor after sale service of Pepperfry furniture

I bought a wooden console table from Pepperfry outlet Delhi south extension. Before the purchase, they were after me so as to get confirmation that when will I visit the store and make purchases. finally, I bought five different pieces of furniture and a wooden console was one of them. when they delivered that console one of the handle of the console was broken and they promised to replace it in the next */* days. and it has been * months my wait is still on. when i called the salesman named Pushparaj, he was rude and said that he can not help and forwarded complaint number and email address. i have written them but there is no response. i call the showroom but they refused to take my call as the main "madam" of the showroom was busy and the boy who picked up the call had assured that he will tell Pushparaj to call me back which never happened. i called him personally several times he never picks up the call and never give a call back. if a renowned company like Pepperfry"s after service is like this, i doubt their customer care ethics and feel sorry for that. Finally i had to come to this platform to pour out my grivances.
