I have been cheated by Budget Air and they have charged me extra *,*** rupees without informing me.
I have all the proofs stating that the money charged extra from me was charged by my credit card bank. However it was a false claim said by budget air.cThe misc amount was not mentioned to me before booking the ticket. I have a snapshot of email from budget air where your company said that *,***/- is between me and the bank. I have taken all the pains to clear out with my bank. This is wrong information provided by company which has harassed me a lot. Either pl refund the full mny and cancel all tickets/ kindly return my approx ** $/ Rs *,***/- which is taken wrongly by Budget Air. It was not mentioned to me before the transaction. Pl clarify at earliest and take action. I have been mailing them for the past ** days. Req call on +************. It can be cleared out. I will fight for my hard earned money that is for sure.
