Porter - Extra amount charged and fraud

Dear Concern, I requested moving houses with porter due to my job change from Navi Mumbai to Thane. Order Number - PNM******** Porter quoted me an amount of ₹**** with ₹*** advance payment and ₹**** to be paid after shifting. After the shifting was done the Vendor said they needed ₹***** payment and said this was because the items in shifting were more. I paid them and asked for the invoice and they said it will be updated with Porter. I contacted porter after so much time since my office has not refunded for movement as the invoice was not updated and they got the vendor on conference call. The vendor lied on the conference call saying they fitted AC and other items which was not done. My previous home did not have AC and this new society has pre-fitted AC in all the rooms in a ** building complex. So the vendor was lying and infact they did not even install my TV and mentioned they did not have a drilling machine available and I had to pay for TV installation separately. The vendor also called me on my personal number to ask me to withdraw complaint and that he can provide me with a different invoice which would be forged I know now. I was only requesting a refund for ₹****, the extra amount I paid but because the Vendor os now lying and has started robbing porter and the government of taxes and also depriving of me of my compensation from office, I am requesting a refund of extra amount I paid for TV installation by myself. The internet provider Airtel representative were present on sote when the packers and movers said they dont have a drilling machine to prove my point. They couldn’t instal my TV, they couldn’t have even done AC. Requesting your intervention. I have attached my bank statement with the amount paid to vendor and his whatsapp call records to the porter team already.
