I ordered a handbag worth rupees **** actually. But i got it for **** by womens day offer. I received the product today(*/*/****).And the print outside the prooduct is not clear and its blurred in some places so its look like old. I contacted zouk chat services and they asked me to send an email for the issue. I sent an email requesting a replacement. But they rejected my request. I am sure this is the mistake from their side because i saw so many youtube promotion videos for the same product and the print is looking good in all that footages. I paid the huge amount for a bag because i trusted the brand. They claim in all video that its an Indian brand. If an Indian brand do this to a proper Indian how can we trust other Indian brands too. I paid what they asked so I have all the rights to get a replacement. If its not possible please ask them to refund my money. Please consider this and do the needful. They are cheating customers in the name of Womens day offer to sell out their old stocks.
