I received my order Samsung Galaxy S** Ultra *G on **-**-**** and since then Samsung has been asking days from me to initiate the exchange of the old product. Upon several follow-ups with their Customer Care, the response I get is they need some more time to resolve the query. Please take action on Samsung immediately.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
