Vijaya filed complaint against Samsung on Feb 26, 2021
When we are taking the paid classes we were told to get the Samsung note pad. we got the kit
But lenovo notepad was delivered.when I have talked to the support people they told me they would exchange the notepad.now nobody are responding to the calls and messages.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
