Purchased two glasses of **** and ****
Returned two glasses, for exchange
Selected two glasses in store
Both being **** so paid additional *** rupees
Exchange is not being processed from the local store because of application error.
They were not able to process the exchange for a day old purchased item.
Now its the *th day, no exchanged product, no refund nothing as if the money is thrown in cash.
Wasted my working hours for followup and store visit, for a simple within policy exchange.
Have been following up with lenskart support and supervisors and the backend team for a resolution, it's been * days now, either people doesn't know what they are doing or are just attitude problem. By this way Lenskart won't survive long for sure.
