My product is Aquasure Delight Ro+Uv+Mtds water purifier.
Last year I renewed AMC for * years.
As part of AMC, I raised a request to change the candles on ** Aug **** with request number CM-******-********
I called customer care many times, but till now no one reached to attend to my request/change the filters
They closed the ticket without changing the filters
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
