Samsung - Estimate of Air conditional Repair

Complain was for My Air Conditioner, purchased in ****. Initial I was told that PCB is not working, which would cost me around ****. Further there may be an issue regarding GAS, than it may further cost me to Rs. ****. Therefore, total estimate was for Rs. **** for a * year old AC. Later on, after charging me for PCB, I was told that there is an issue with cooling coil as well, so it would further cost me around ****. Total comes to Rs. ***** for a * year old AC with guarantee of * months. If I would have been told initially that total cost would be approx Rs. *****, than i would definately prefer to buy a new AC instaed getting the old AC repaired. This is a complete lack on the part of Samsung to provide approximately correct estimation, which is simply unexpected from the well known brand like Samsung.
