I booked two tickets from ESE MY TRIP which got cancelled due to some operational reasons, so I opted for a full refund, Its been a month already and despite of regularly following up, I have not received the refund amount yet. The Executives fool you around and deffer the issue to other ** hours every single day. Its been more than a month now I am still struggling to ger my refund amount.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
