SIR/MADAM I USE FOR EASE MY TRIP WALLET FOR TRAIN BOOKING AND THE AMOUNT WAS DEDUCTED FROM MY EMT WALLET THE SUM OF **** RS..THAT SIR I RECEIVED ONLY ****.** RS TO MY ACCOUNT WHICH I ADD THE WALLET FOR TICKET BOOKING AND I FOUND TO MY EXISTING ACCOUNT ALSO BUT I AM SURPRISED THAT I COMPLAINT MANY TIME OR EMAIL ALSO TO EASE MY TRIP CO BUT YET NOT I GOT MY WALLET MONEY OR NOT REFLECTING TO MY WALLET..THAT SIR KINDLY HELP ME..THANKING YOU
