Paytm Mall - Empty package

I ordered dell new inspiron **** and order date: ** October **** and paid online . After ** days I received the package but I got it empty parcel so firstly i immediately contacted to delivered courier but they informed me to contact paytm so I contacted paytm with all relevant proofs after they asked me some questions and details so I answered that all and after that courier was asked me id proof so I given But After ** days paytm informed me we unable to help you. So it's given me frustrations . Because I'm legit person. Thats why I cooperate with them for all information. I multiple times contacted them via email and social media and national consumer helpline but they doing only copy paste reply. Grievance officer email id is wasted. Mostly no response from them.
