I have ordered Samsung T* shield *TB SSD from Amazon on July **, **** during a sale, ORDER # ***-*******-*******
The product was delivered on July **, ****, as I opened there was no SSD in the box, only cables were there, so I immediately called Amazon support, and they mentioned they have raised an investigation and call back on July **, ****.
When I called on that day, amazon support mentioned that the investigation was completed and the team said that the product was delivered intact, I was shocked to know that, so I argued a bit but didn't use any bad words, but they disconnected my calls multiple times, then they asked me to send an email at ofm@amazon.in
Even after * days, I didn't receive any response, so I called the support again on Aug *, ****, and asked for re-investigation, one of them was kind enough to start the re-investigation, however, I didn't have any video at that time to show any proof, after that I checked the weight of the shipment *.** kg (***g) and found that weight of the empty box is *** grams, that means, SSD was not there in box while being packaged. If there was SSD in the shipment, it should weight at least *** grams.
So, I recorded a video and sent that drive link to cs_reply@amazon.in. And called support, they mentioned re-investigation already started and asked me to call back on Aug *, ****. I called on Aug *, ****, and they mentioned even on re-investigation they mentioned product was delivered intact.
They ignored the proof I submitted and blamed their fault onto the customer.
I asked for the shipment details on the package, but they didn't provide me that during the call, I now have a proof that the shipment weight is equal to empty box weight, so I would like to proceed legally and try whichever way possible.
Please help me on this, I didn't record a video of unboxing, because it never happened to me with Amazon and I didn't expect it.
