I had made two bookings from Easemytrip.com for Pune- Delhi sector on **nd January **** which includes senior citizens and kids. Due to increased COVID cases and curfew being imposed in Delhi I requested EMT to either give refund, credit shell or reschedule my booking for next month.
Easemytrip charged ****/- rupees (proofs are there for payment) to change both the bookings for **th Feb but didn't issued the tickets (it was ** days before travel date) they wasted one day completely and next day asked for extra **k to change the tickets.
It's completely mental harrasment for me. I kept telling them it's your fault resolve it but no solution being given by them. In financial crunch I cancelled my tickets and lost big amount. They are totally responsible for the financial loss and mental trauma.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
