This is regarding booking id- EMT*********, my money got debited but booking failed. Now easemyTrip is playing games & not refunding the money. Upon asking for refund, they claim they have refunded the money & to check with my receiving bank but my bank is asking for refund details like transaction reference number, bank details etc from easemyTrip to check on refund status but easemyTrip is not sharing any proper details of the refund. This clearly shows they have never refunded the money nor have any intentions to do so! I have all the email communication with easemyTrip as evidence.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
