Easemytrip - easemytrip not refunding cancelled flight which got postponed by airline

My flight got postponed by airline(MalindoAir, malasia), and they suggested to cancel and take refund if new time does not work. I raised complain to easemytrip, first for ** days they have been making me fool later they cancelled the flight and promised refiund will be credited within * days, its been ** days still i m waiting for refund, I have called them *** times and sent them **s of emails, still no response, they keep saying same thing waiting for airline to refund. When i call airline they say easemytrip will be able t help[.
