I booked a ticket from the EaseMyTrip.com website for Goa to Kolkata (GOI-CCU). At the time of booking total price for the ticket was showing ***** INR for * people after the discount and the Breakup of price was Base fare (***** x *=*****) + Insurance (***) + Seat Selection charges (****) - Discount Price. But when I initiated payment through my Card total of ***** INR was debited from my account. Which is completely unfair. Same time I raised this concern to their customer support executives but they responded flight tickets are dynamic in nature which is why my fare price is increased and they deducted an extra amount. But when I asked them on the same booking how can they change the amount for which they have no answers and just said casual things sorry for the inconvenience We can not do anything now which is completely not acceptable. After that, I had written emails for a refund of the difference amount but not getting positive response from them and even they are not sharing logs for my booking Id.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
