Ease my trip - Ease my Trip Service issue

Hi Team,

Please help!!

I booked the air ticket through ease my trip for **/**/**** which got cancelled due to some operational issues (Air Asia, PNR: O*CW*X). While booking I opted for Launge Access instead of waving off Convenience fee.
Since the flight got cancelled I re-scheduled for next day i.e. **/**/****.
Today when I came to Airport in Pune and went to Launge post check-in n security check, the person told that the coupan was valid till *:**pm.
How come a person could come to airport before * hours to airport. Further when the ticket got cancelled n rescheduled then why Ease my trip team not sent the revised Launge access coupan which could be used today??
I did not had lunch thinking that will have it in Airport but due to this kind of service a passenger has to spend again from his pocket to eat something in Airport which is very expensive and not worth at all.
I spoke to * officers today n the *nd officer whose name was Sakshi Kumari was upfrontly stated that the coupan was valid for *nd only. How a passenger can come to Airport when the flight got cancelled on that day and she cant do anything now. Horrible!!

Request you to investigate this issue and help to get refund amount of INR **** (Launge access) along with compensation for harrassing me by ease my trip team.
