I faced an issue with the web platform, while booking my travel tickets. Fare was showing up as INR *,*** till the payment page and when the actual payment was done, it deducted INR **,*** instead.
This is a glitch and if the payment is over and above the payment screen total, it should be mentioned in the payment page rather than Razorpay screen.
I would either need the ticket cancelled and payment returned, or else the overcharged difference to be paid back to me.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
