I have complained regarding not receiving the signal in my Tatasky DTH box. Then I was asked to wait for **-** hrs. But the technician visited my place after * days and charged me *** Rs instead of *** Rs as said by Tatasky employee. Later I got a refund of *** Rs. Then after one day I again faced signalling problem in my DTH account. Again I contacted customer service for help as I was promised to get ** days of free service if the issue is still not resolved. Then I was asked to wait for **-** hrs. Again after ** hrs, no one came to visit at my home and status was marked as technician visited and solved customer's issue. Then again I complained regarding the same in customer support. Now they have told me to wait for another ** hrs and scheduled my visit on ** July ****. I told them to arrange it on an urgent basis but they are not taking it seriously. I am not able to watch my TV from the last ** days, which will again expand to more than * weeks. So in this way, I lost my money and time as well.
