DTDC - DTDC not delivering product

I purchased few books from local dealer and he posted it through DTDC on **st March. DTDC kept my parcel on hold for * days without any update and then when I raised complained, they started putting incorrect update like receiver requested reschedule, receiver not at home to put it out of their responsibility. They never tried to deliver neither contacted me as for all these days I was at home. Looks like they are just keeping on updating as they wish without even trying to deliver. Consignment number K********. Looks like DTDC is a cheating courier company who cheats all of their postage paid and then never delivers the package. This seems to be a recurring Instance with DTDC.
