DTDC - DTDC Not Delivering My Parcel for Over a Month

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service provided by DTDC regarding the delivery of my parcel, which has been delayed for over a month. My parcel, with tracking number *D*********, was dispatched on **th June, and it has yet to be delivered to the intended recipient.

My address is correct and complete, as evidenced by the successful receipt of my passport and regular deliveries from Flipkart, Myntra, Amazon, and other shopping portals.

The last status update on the DTDC portal was on **nd June: "ADDRESS INCOMPLETE OR WRONG-CIR."

I have called DTDC support multiple times, and every time I was told that the issue had been escalated and I would receive the parcel in the next two days. Despite these assurances, the parcel has not been delivered.

Additionally, I have emailed DTDC more than ** times regarding this issue, attaching my Amazon and Flipkart invoices with the same address where I am successfully receiving my parcels.

The delay in delivery has caused significant inconvenience and potential financial loss. I thought DTDC is a good courier company based on its reputation for reliable and timely service, but my experience has been quite the opposite.

I request immediate action to locate and deliver my parcel without further delay. Additionally, I expect a thorough explanation for this delay and the measures being taken to prevent such issues in the future.
