I sent my document to the university administration through DTDC Express, which usually takes *–* days for delivery. However, it took them ** days to deliver. When I checked with the recipient, they informed me that they never received the package. Since then, I have been contacting DTDC daily for over ** days, requesting proof of delivery, but they have not shared any information. They claim to have registered my complaint, yet they have neither provided complaint details nor sent any confirmation email. As a result, I missed my admission deadline.
