I am writing to complain about the delay in delivering my consignment B********, which was booked on **/**/**** and expected to be delivered by **/**/****. It has been ten days, and they have not delivered it yet.
The package contains perishable food items that may expire soon. This delay is causing significant inconvenience and potential loss.
Also there is no support from customer care. please help me on this.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
