Since Jan **** though DTDC courier services are not available at my town, they picking my every package from PATANJALI Ayurvedic at Haridwar. And neither they trying to deliver nor they returning the package to seller.Keeping the package with them at SURYAPET Branch for weeks and no response over phone call. some packages delivered after so much effort and continuous complaints and some not delivered. but again they repeating this for my every next order. I vexed up with both seller and courier. Sometimes this courier guys are intentionally giving false delivery status to the seller as the customer not accepted the delivery. But i never rejected any delivery and they even not tried to deliver. And sometimes they also denied delivery of packages with medicines also and not listened to my request so i didnt get them in proper time. pls take proper action on both seller PATANJALI and Courier DTDC
