On */*th August I had used relocation service for transferring videocon d*h dish and installation from one location to another. I was charged **** for relocation and cable,connector charges. I had paid in cash to the service engineer.
But Rs. *** and thereafter Rs. ** had been deducted from my videocon d*h balance.
I have been following up everyday about it, and the call center person gives new complaint number every time.
I'm fed up of this follow up and false promises.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
