My cooler motor continuously giving problem and I complaint to customer care also but he repair it temporarily and I always told him to change the motor but he didn't, and when warranty over then he says there is need to change of motor and asking me money for that.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
