Ordered placed through company's website on April **. Website was promising ** hour delivery
As of May *, order not delivered. Tracking link sent by company says delivered on **th. Company is not responding to emails or whatsapp messages. Their call center does answer and keeps repeating order will be delivered in ** hours. I am requesting them to cancel the order and refund my payment, which they are not ready to do
