I have actually placed order on symphony for cooler and later found best price on croma so i cancelled order at symphony when i try to reach the support i have to wait for atleast **-** mins until they answer after waiting for so long what they do is disconnect the call it's so frustrating i have also mailed them but no response from their end.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
