I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Symphony.
At the time of placing the order, they clearly advertised guaranteed one-day shipping. However, even after ** hours, the shipment hasn’t even been initiated. This is misleading and unacceptable.
What’s worse is their complete lack of customer support. I tried calling their customer care around ** times—no response whatsoever. I also attempted to get help through their WhatsApp chatbot, but it was completely useless and did not address my issue at all.
This kind of service reflects very poorly on the brand. Making promises you cannot keep and then being unreachable when customers need help is not acceptable.
I expect immediate action on my order and a proper explanation for both the delay and the lack of support.
