planetspark - Discrepancy in Subscription Detailsrefund amount

Rohan(counsellor) from planetspark shared following details in demonstrating section:

We conviced with above details and thought to go-ahead with subscription and we paid amount *****. After paying amount we got web link “Enrolments for Student”, in this link the details were shown different with committed initially:
*. Upto * live session *:* for every week, total ** classes for * months
*. * PracticeClasses for every week with **-** students in the session and be co-taught by two instructors
*. PerformanceClasses for every week, Self-guided, no instructor.

The information in the verification link contradicts what was presented in the demo section. I made a payment of ₹**,*** on April **th, ****. Upon discovering these discrepancies, I lost trust in Planetspark and sent an email on April **th, ****, requesting a refund. However, I am being pressured to click "OK" on the Enrolment Verification, which contains different details that I am not comfortable accepting. These details were not communicated beforehand. Clicking "agree" would signify my consent to terms and conditions that I disagree with, and potentially lead to deductions from my initial payment.
