Deepak Laxman filed complaint against Videocon D2h on Dec 13, 2018
I have been using the Videocon D*H subscription since last * months (customer id : *********). The package I have subscribed is New South Gold sports package (screen print provided in evidence). As per the package plan and published by D*H, iam expected to receive the channel "Discovery kids "(channel#***). Listed in the package description by Videocon on their website.
But for some reason, every time I try viewing this channel, i get a error message saying "This channel is not part of your subscription, please contact customer care".
When I contact customer care, they say that I need to be paying extra money for the package.Please help!!!
