2gud.com - Different phone received

I ordered HTC Desire *** from *gud.com but received HTC Desire ***S.After that,I placed return request mentioning the reason that I got different model but the return request got cancelled.I requested return for about *-* times but everytime they cancelled it.I contacted them several time but everytime they told that they were resolving it and it will take **hrs and ask me to wait for * days.
So,Pls help me returning it.
