I had booked a ticket from vijayawada to goa on march ** trough make my trip using bajaj finserv card.Due to covid -** .All the flights were cancled and the airlines give full eefund i.e Rs:****.** but the make my trip processed only Rs:****.** rufund.I am calling customer support of make my trip again and again.I did not get any proper response from their side.They are telling that your request in process and it will take some more time.every time i talk to them they are telling this only.I need justice.They are not refunding my amount.please do help me.
