zomato food app - Didnot get my refund

I am writing this for the simplest reason i had ordered for dinner on June *th, ****
from Megabite at night, but when the order came one item was missing in that and it was too late to order the same one more time i contacted the zomato customer care and got the reply that they are going to refund me the amount to my zomato account as a zomato credit. My point is i paid as a prepaid amount from my Paytm account not from my zomato credit then why are you going to give me refund in the zomato credit mode in a way u are basically forcing me to use zomato application then which i mentioned also still nothing from the zomato customer care end.


i don't want zomato credit i want the refund the same way i paid, through Paytm so that i can use my money to order from my choice of application!!!

today is **th June almost * days from the order date and *th day from the day i mailed zomato, still, i haven't received any kind of reply from then nor any kind of refund for that amount from them.
