Dear Sir /Madam ,
We are very disappointed we have bookd a Indigo flight last year in the month of January. But due to to the Corona virus pandemic situation we had cancelled our flight . We had booked a flight to Visakhapatnam for the month of October during the Durga Pujas. I had claimed the refund of money but we haven't received our money till now. We had contacted the Indigo airlines few days after we had claimed the refund but they surprisingly told that they have transfered the refund money to Make My Trip but very surprising we haven't received any refund till date.
Every people know that what kind of situation we are facing in the year **** and **** but it is very sad to know that you had not returned our money that we ought to get.
Previously I have booked many flights hotels and train from makemytrip.com now I have to think twice before clicking on the site. I am sorry to say I will not recommend this site anymore to anyone. I am urging you that I need my money back. Please contact me and do the needful as soon as possible.
