Ankit Singh filed complaint against Make my trip on Jun 29, 2020
Order # NF************** , flight date was during the lockdown ( ** April ****) so it was cancelled . But the details of flight is shown under completed trips not under cancelled trip . I have contacted both AIRASIA as well as MakeMyTrip for more than * months . AirAsia customer service says they have already refunded the amount to MakeMyTrip but MakeMyTrip trip refuses. Now for over a month I have been trying to contact MakeMyTrip but they are not connecting to an agent when called , they are not replying to the mails and neither the web portal is active.
The company is a total fraud and some legal action should be taken against this.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
