DTDC - Didn t got the parcel

Respected sir/mam, i have couriered documents by the company of DTDC at Nalagarh on the date */*/**** and the documents were sended to be at Punjab National Bank at Vindyachal at Mirzapur but the receiver didn't got the doucuments so the employee of DTDC taken the documents back to delhi ,its been so days that the documents are still Delhi and we also called the helpline number of DTDC but we haven't got any good response ,they always say that your documents are in delhi and they will give these documents very but it's been a long days they haven't given us .Our courier consignment number is T******** ,and the documents can't be made again so we hope we will get good response from you.
