I bought a DC shoe but the size didn't matched my feet so I ask for return and I fulfilled all the criteria for returning the product according to the policy of the company, they took time but they called me back and asked me to ship the product as they don't have the delivery option so I shipped the product to the address given by them and the amount to shimmy products RS. ***, but unfortunately no answer came from the AJIO for * to * weeks and I also asked the company about the product shipped by me but they replied me by saying the product hasn't reached the warehouse so I asked the courier office then what i found was the product has returned back due to the wrong address which was provided by the AJIO so after that I again sent an e-mail saying that the product has came back due to wrong address provided. So I asked them what should be done next and I asked them to take the product from the same address which I gave for the delivery but they refused by saying again I have to re ship the product but since I had done it already and due to their fault I got so many problems so I asked them to refund the amount which I paid to ship the product and from that money I will re ship the product but they have been refusing to do so, as I can't afford to lose Rs *** again...
They have been giving me dates only and giving me assurance to solve my problem but they have been failing since October ****
