Booked hotel Gandotra through Oyo (call booking) because I was in need to check in early and was ready to pay early check-in charge. Upon call, I talked to the hotel manager and Oyo. They both confirm that *** to be paid online and *** including * rooms to be paid at the hotel. Upon reaching the hotel manager denied check-in upon arguing about the call and all he said *** would be charged extra. When I said to call Oyo (because I was in Katra and their local networks work only, I was unable to make the call) he denied saying I won't allow you to use my phone. Then after so many arguments, he said he will charge *** and give you a different lodge as I was with my family including ladies I accepted because I was stuck in that place. Check-in ** check out ** July ****. Now when I am in-network zone from ** to today i.e * days OYO team is not responding to my calls I had complained * times they without calling me give reply as query solved.

I have booked an Oyo room today and made online UPI payment . The transaction was successful, money was deducted from my account but in the Oyo app it still shows payment pending.
