I had a complaint about room service and hygiene. They mailed me that they will get it done and if this doesn't happen they will change my room. They did not clean my room so again I called support asked them to change the property they told me that they need to talk to the ground team and then they will call me back in ** min. Even after * hour, no one called so I left the Oyo room and went to a restaurant where I was waiting for the callback. Suddenly I got the message that you have early checked out and refund of *** Rs has been initiated. I did not check out I just moved my luggage because the room was not clean. There were insects I can not stay in a room like this and the hotel staff marked me checked out.
After that when I called and asked that you guys were supposed to change the property then why this refund is initiated Miss Palak Sanghai told me that ma'am you have checked out nothing can be done please book another hotel. I explained her the situation so many times that I did not check out the hotel staff marked me checked out. It is not my fault. You guys were supposed to change my property but she kept on saying the same thing when I asked her to escalate this to a higher manager. She said ok ma'am I am doing that you will receive a callback in some time but no one called me no support was given. At least for *-* times, I called Oyo support but nothing happened.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
