Make my trip - Did not get the complete Refund

I booked a flight in pre covid times.
Air Asia cancelled the flight and refunded entire amount to Makemytrip.
Now - Makemytrip has deducted **** rs without giving any reason. I have raised complaints on customer support and Social Media Paltform - no response.
