Ankit Kulkarni filed complaint against Cleartrip on Apr 30, 2022
I tried to book Air Asia flight from Pune to Bagdogra scheduled for ** May ****.
The date of booking was ** April ****.
However the payment failed but the money was deducted from my account. I got an email on my email id that payment failed and any money deducted would be refunded in *-** days. However no money has been credited to my account. I tried to reach cleartrip by sending email to their id customersupport@cleartrip.com However I got the responce the cleartrip has moved it customer support to online. On my cleartrip account I cannot see any bookings as the transaction was failed. Hence I cannot engage customer support.
