Royal Enfield - Denying Warranty __TBX350____A Complaint vehicle

I have purchased my Thunderbird ***X from Luha Automotives- Mankavu, Kozhikode- Kerala on **- January- ****. currently, the Odometer just crossed ****KM, The vehicle is well maintained with on-time service at Luha.
I was really dissatisfied with the vehicle till my first service, After that It was up to my expectations. While odometer reached near to ****KM it stopped working. They changed the odometer chipset under warranty. While the bike crossed ****KM it behaved to stop in between the ride and the ignition key started to behave like a loose connection.
On last Saturday (**-Sept-****), I brought the vehicle at Luha Service centre for its *th service and to check the ignition problem. The service advisor told me that the key set has some complaints and need to be changed. If I fail to submit the two keys then I must pay for the key set, even if it is under warranty. Unfortunately, I have lost one of the keys.
I trusted the brand of RE for its manufacturing quality and its performance made in previous years. The basic funda behind the two keys is to use the spare if we lost the other. Missing a key is common which is not a reason to deny the warranty for a manufacturing defect.
I talk with Vaishak, the service advisor and Arun the manager at Luha regards the same.Unfortunately, I didn't get any positive feedback from them instead of asking to make payment for the keyset. I have called customer support team regards the same but not received any update till now. The vehicle is still at the Luha Service Centre @ Mankave. I will not pay a single penny for the Keyset as it is purely the manufacturing defect and The spare key is lost too.
Hope you can understand the situation and can rever me back with no delay.
