SHUBHAM RAJ filed complaint against Oyo on May 15, 2019
I prepaid my hotel booking for my family to avoid any inconvenience. But at the hotel staff said they don't honour Oyo payment. I called Oyo executive they said to pay at the hotel the money will be refunded. Whenever I called they said refund is in progress but now after ** days they are blatantly saying no refund will be done.
